This project is, ironically, itself a complex project of learning and doing – just like the organizations it talks about. The issues this project is facing are exactly the same that I talk about:
- There is lots of information to process. How can we share the mental models so I can explain what I’m thinking as fast as possible?
- The non-propositional knowledge is almost impossible to transmit. In reading it, you will read it as you, in your body, your intuition, and with your experience and relationships in mind.
- It’s emergent – the project changes all the time. And you change all the time.

- You need to listen to all the videos by the time we begin. It just doesn’t make sense otherwise.
- We meet for 4x2h. I’d love a contribution of $150-500 per person.
